Propulsion

Propulsion will be the only Stallion available to Southern Hemisphere Breeders that is a son to both a Hambletonian Champion (Muscle Hill) and a Hambletonian Oaks Champion (Danae).

Finished first in the 2020 Elitloppet, in addition to the UET Trotting Masters (2018 and 2019), Aby Stora Pris (2018 and 2019), Norrbottens Stora Pris, and the Olympiatravet to name a few. He earned 34 Million Swedish Kronor (approximately $3.9 Million US).

Propulsion is by Muscle Hill, considered the greatest trotting colt of the generation and in turn a son of Hambletonian sire, Muscles Yankeee, responsible for consecutive Hambletonian winners Deweycheatumnhowe (2008), Muscle Hill (2009), and Muscle Massive (2010).

Propulsion’s Dam, Danae 3, 1:54.2 ($529,099) winner of the 2007 Hambletonian Oaks. From 6 previous living foals dam of 6 winners, 1 in 1:50, 3 in 1:55, 6 in 2:00.

Daniel Reden, Propulsion’s trainer in Europe, guided him to first place finishes in numerous high profile races including the Elitloppet in 2020…

Winner of14 Group 1 races:

Finlandia Ajo (2016) Norrbottens Stora Pris (2016) Hugo Åbergs Menorial (2016) Norrbottens Stora Pris (2017) Hugo Åbergs Memorial (2017) Norrbottens Stora Pris (2018) Hugo Åbergs Memorial (2018) Åby Stora Pris (2018) UET Trotting Masters (2018) Olympiatravet (2019) Norrbottens Stora Pris (2019) Åby Stora Pris (2019) UET Trotting Masters (2019) Elitloppet (2020) Winner of Group 2 races: Årjängs Stora Sprinterlopp (2018) C.L. Müllers Memorial (2018)

Horse of the Year in Sweden 2019. World record 3140 meter (2 miles) Daniel Redén, who had another incredible year beating many records in 2020 had this to say about his experience with Propulsion, “I have had the opportunity to train a lot of top horses, fake tag heuer but there is just no one close to Propulsion. He is at a level of his own and the horse of my life. After seeing his first crop I am sure he will be a champ also at stud.

Propulsion has already had two crops of foals in Europe and they have sold for outstanding prices including one colt for 3 million Swedish Kronor, or approximately US$360,000. It’s rare for a yearling to sell for that amount in Europe – his yearling prices rival those at the highest levels of the Lexington sale and, remember that Propulsion himself was a $250,000 yearling while his full brother sold for $1 Million at the Lexington sale in 2019.” Propulsion will stand for $9,500 inc gst for the 2021/2022 breeding season.

Propulsion stands his first season in North American in 2021.

Prior to that, he stood at stud
in Sweden; Propulsion’s oldest Swedish foals are 2-year-olds in 2021.

Propulsion is by the World’s Greatest Stallion Muscle Hill .

Muscle Hill’s progeny are closing in on $100 million in total prizemoney  He has left many million dollar earners including Resolve , Southwind Frank , Marion Marauder , Manchego , Bar Hopping and What The Hill amongst others .

His dam Danae was a top 3yo showing her class by winning the Hambletonian Oaks at 3 and banking $529.029 .

Danae has also proven herself as a quality broodmare leaving Dream Together ( Muscle Hill ) $801,782

D’orsay  a world champion at 2 with a best time of 1.51.1

As Danea is by Andover Hall , Propulsion should be a great stallion choice for the many Majestic Son mares are in the Southern Hemisphere .

Cracker Hill a top class New Zealand trotter is by Muscle Hill out of a Majestic Son mare.

Propulsion should also suit Sundon mares , Muscle Hill left the top filly Glenferrie Burn ( $234,430) who was by the Sundon mare Adellas Dash . Aldebaran Tess is another promising filly bred on the Muscle Hill – Sundon cross

Muscle Hill has worked over CR Commando leaving the promising Powderkeg

In New Zealand Muscle Hill has worked well over Love You with the resultant cross leaving Kyvalley Chiel , Kyvalley Hotspur

Great Success mare should also be considered for Propulsion . The Muscle Hill over Self Possessed mares was a proven success leaving Aldebaran Eagle  .

Britewell mare owners should also consider Propulsion for their mares . Future star Bolt for Brilliance  was bred on the Muscle Hill – Britewell cross

Propulsion has already had two crops of foals in Europe and they have sold for outstanding prices including one colt for 3 million Swedish Kronor, or approximately US$360,000. It’s rare for a yearling to sell for that amount in Europe – his yearling prices rival those at the highest levels of the Lexington sale and, remember that Propulsion himself was a $250,000 yearling while his full brother sold for $1 Million at the Lexington sale in 2019.
